Entertainment tailored to each age group: arts & crafts, sensory play, storytime & games, and a movie wind-down as the evening slows.
Bedtime, handled. Transport to the hotel or home if needed, bath time and pyjamas, a calm wind-down and children settled to sleep, so parents can stay for the last dance.
A dedicated 1:1 nanny for one child. Perfect for babies and toddlers, bridal party children, and little ones who need a higher level of support.

Your date, venue, guest numbers, the children’s ages and what you envision. A short enquiry is all it takes.

We recommend the package, carers and setup to suit your day, and send you a personalised proposal.

A $100 confirmation fee holds your date. Your balance is settled before the wedding, so there’s nothing to think about on the day, or on your honeymoon.

Your carers arrive briefed on your run sheet, the children’s space is ready before guests arrive, and you enjoy the celebration you spent so long creating.

The best care is the kind parents stop thinking about. It’s built quietly, long before the day: in who we choose, how we prepare, and how we look after every child in our care.
Every carer is personally interviewed, reference-checked and chosen for temperament as much as experience.
One carer for every three children under five, and one for every five children aged five and over.
Parents know where their children are and who is with them, from drop-off to farewell. If they’d like updates through the day, we’ll arrange them.
Rest, food, comfort and a gentle hand when it’s needed. The children’s wellbeing guides every decision on the day.

Based across South East Queensland and Northern NSW, we travel to your chosen venue, with destination weddings considered by arrangement.
Our locations
Travel is considered upfront. Your proposal will outline any applicable travel costs based on your venue’s location, so you know what to expect before confirming your booking.
If you’re staying on after the wedding, our Private Nanny service can continue with your family throughout your holiday, giving you the freedom to explore, unwind and enjoy more of your time away.
Questions
We recommend one carer for every three children under five, and one for every five children aged five and over. Babies, or children who need extra support, may suit a dedicated 1:1 nanny. Once we know the children’s ages, we’ll recommend the right number for your day.
For Evening Elegance and Signature Experience, in a children’s space we set up at your venue: a side room, a covered terrace or a quiet corner of the garden. Close enough for parents to check in, far enough to keep the ceremony and speeches calm. With The Essentials and Aisle of Grace, care stays close to where your guests are.
Yes, and we prefer to. We coordinate with your venue coordinator and planner ahead of the day on space, timings, meals and access, so care fits within your run sheet.
Many venues weren’t designed with children in mind. We can work with a small room, a nearby suite, a shaded outdoor area or your accommodation, and scale the setup to suit. We’ll talk through the options with your venue before the day.
Of course. Flower girls, page boys and little guests can be with their families for the moments you want them in. We care for them before and after, and step in quietly if anyone needs a break.
Yes. Evening Elegance and Signature Experience include a children’s space set up at your venue. Add The Little Luxe Lounge to any package for a fully styled environment designed around your wedding.
We recommend enquiring at least two months before your wedding, earlier for spring and autumn dates. We take a limited number of weddings each season to keep every one personal. If your date is sooner, enquire anyway; we’ll do our best to help, though availability can’t be guaranteed.
Yes. We care for children at weddings across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay, the hinterland and Northern NSW, and travel further by arrangement. Travel is included in your proposal, based on distance.
Yes. We care for children from newborns to early teens. For babies and toddlers we often recommend The Personal Wedding Nanny, so feeds, naps and routines are followed closely.
Wedding days move. Our carers work to your run sheet and stay in touch with your planner or host, so care adjusts when speeches run late. If you need more support on the day, we’re flexible: we simply stay on, and any extra time is invoiced afterwards.
