A $100 confirmation fee secures your date. The balance is settled before the event.

Your carers arrive briefed, the children’s space is ready, and you get to be a guest too.

Parents know where their children are and who is with them, from drop-off to farewell. If they’d like updates through the event, we’ll arrange them.

We work to one carer for every five children, and one for every three children under three. Babies, or children who need extra support, may suit Dedicated 1:1 Nanny Care. Once we know the children’s ages, we’ll recommend the right number for your event.
Just a suitable space. We’ll talk through the room or area with you and your venue before the day, and scale the setup to suit.
Newborns to early teens. For babies and toddlers we often recommend Dedicated 1:1 Nanny Care, so feeds, naps and routines are followed closely.

We recommend enquiring at least two months before your event. If your date is sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to help, though availability can’t be guaranteed.
Events move. Our carers work to your schedule and stay in touch with you or your host, so care adjusts when things run late. If you need more support on the day, we’re flexible: we simply stay on, and any extra time is invoiced afterwards.
