A confirmation fee secures your date. The balance is invoiced ahead of the event, so everything runs seamlessly and is settled.

We coordinate with your team and venue, set up, and care for the children throughout, so your team has one less thing to manage.

The organisation hosting the event. Care is booked as part of the event, so attending parents simply arrive and hand over to our nannies.
That’s your decision. Offer it to every attendee, or to selected guests such as speakers, VIPs or your own team. We’ll plan the care around whoever you include.
Yes. All three can be combined at one event, for example a Little Luxe Lounge for attendees’ children and a Dedicated 1:1 Nanny for a speaker’s baby.
Yes. Care runs to your program, including evening functions, awards nights and events over several days.
Newborns to early teens. For babies and toddlers we often recommend a Dedicated 1:1 Nanny, so feeds, naps and routines are followed closely.
We work to one carer for every five children, and one for every three children under three. Once we know the number and ages of the children attending, we’ll recommend the right team for your event.
Before the day, we plan with your organisers and venue: the space, the run sheet and the timings. Our nannies arrive briefed, set up, and work discreetly within your event.
A suitable room or area set aside for the children. We’ll help you and your venue choose the right space, and scale the setup to suit it.
Yes. Parents always know where their children are and who is with them, from drop-off to collection. If they’d like updates during the event, we’ll arrange them.

We recommend enquiring at least two months before your event, so we can plan the care with your team and venue and match the right nannies. If your date is sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to help, though availability can’t be guaranteed.
